FireSafe Outlets works hard to ensure the quality and integrity of each product. However, if you are unsatisfied with your product, you have up to 14 days from your shipment date to return or exchange items purchased at firesafeoutlets.com. Valid proof of purchase is required to complete a return or an exchange.
Please note: Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment. Please allow up to 30 business days for your return to be processed once it arrives at our facility. You will receive an email once your return has been processed and we have issued your refund.
What items are eligible for a refund or to be exchanged?
Eligible items must be undamaged and must be returned with all components including the original packaging, installation manual, and 4 9volt alkaline batteries. Items not in this condition or with missing components will not be accepted.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How much is the return or exchange shipping fee for online purchases?
If you qualify for free returns/exchanges, a prepaid shipping label to mail your items back will be provided to you at no additional cost. If you order does not qualify for free returns/exchanges, you can still get a label to mail your items back. A $5 fee will be deducted from your refund in order to cover shipping costs.

For exchanged items, the item is first processed as a return. Then, a second transaction for your new, exchanged item takes place to complete your exchange.
